Diaphragm coupling

Diaphragm couplings use stainless steel diaphragms as elastic components. They are backlash-free precision transmission components with high transmission rigidity and fast response, enabling zero-backlash torque transmission. They can effectively compensate for radial, angular and axial installation deviations, require no lubrication and are maintenance-free, ensuring stable and reliable operation. The product features a compact structure, light weight and low inertia, making it suitable for high-speed and frequent forward/reverse operating conditions. It has excellent high and low temperature resistance, outstanding fatigue resistance and long service life. Easy to install with moderate requirements for alignment accuracy, it is widely used in precision transmission equipment such as servo systems, CNC machine tools, water pumps and fans. Combining high rigidity with good compensation performance, it is an ideal choice for high-precision transmission applications.

 
Bore tolerance: H7 grade
 
Bore hole tolerances are machined to H7 precision grade, the standard for high-precision industrial transmission.
 
This tolerance ensures precise fitting and strict concentricity control, allowing the coupling to fit tightly with motor shafts and equipment shafts.
 
It effectively reduces assembly clearance and running deviation, guaranteeing backlash-free transmission and stable operation.

Blackening anti-rust treatment
 
Steel couplings are treated with high-temperature alkaline blackening, forming a dense and stable ferroferric oxide protective film on the surface. With strong adhesion and resistance to peeling, it delivers excellent rust and corrosion resistance. This process does not affect the dimensional accuracy or fitting tolerances of the product. It features a uniform matte appearance, moderate cost and wide applicability, effectively enhancing the rust resistance of couplings during storage and under normal working conditions, and extending their service life.
