XL Star-Type Flexible Coupling

The XL star coupling adopts an elastic star cushion structure, featuring excellent cushioning, shock absorption and noise reduction performance. It can effectively compensate for radial, angular and axial installation deviations, protecting motors and equipment bearings. With a simple structure, convenient assembly and disassembly, and low maintenance requirements, it can be reused by simply replacing the elastic element, resulting in low operating costs. The transmission is stable and reliable, adapting to forward-reverse rotation and frequent start-stop conditions, with a wide applicable speed range. Featuring high cost performance and strong universality, it is widely used in general machinery such as water pumps, fans, compressors and reducers, making it an ideal choice for small and medium torque transmission applications.

 
Bore tolerance: H7 grade
 
Bore hole tolerances are machined to H7 precision grade, the standard for high-precision industrial transmission.

Blackening anti-rust treatment
 
Steel couplings are treated with high-temperature alkaline blackening, forming a dense and stable ferroferric oxide protective film on the surface. With strong adhesion and resistance to peeling, it delivers excellent rust and corrosion resistance. This process does not affect the dimensional accuracy or fitting tolerances of the product. It features a uniform matte appearance, moderate cost and wide applicability, effectively enhancing the rust resistance of couplings during storage and under normal working conditions, and extending their service life.
